All unit prices include up to two free months of value coverage protecting you against fire, theft, leaks, and more. For specific coverage offerings and exclusions, please refer to the value coverage addendum in your rental agreement.

Additional fees apply after the complimentary period expires. Customers can opt out of coverage fees by providing proof of alternative coverage through a homeowners or renters insurance policy prior to the first of the month.
