I don't usually leave reviews, but Chris absolutely deserves the recognition. From the beginning, he was courteous, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of our questions in detail and made sure we understood all of our storage options. One thing that really stood out was that he personally walked us to the model storage unit so we could visualize the space before making our decision. That extra effort showed how much he genuinely cares about helping his customers choose the right unit. Chris's professionalism, knowledge, and exceptional customer service made this an easy and enjoyable experience. Manhattan Mini Storage is fortunate to have someone like Chris leading the team. I entered Manhattan mini storage perplexed & distraught but then I was instantly greeted warmly by Jasmine. After listening to my dilemma she explained my options & gave me some excellent recommendations. She was able to set me up with exactly what I needed & reassured me that the process I was dreading was going to be seamless. She was extremely efficient, informative & thorough & turned my frown into a smile. I can actually enjoy my birthday today because now I don't have to worry about getting a storage space & forthatI am grateful! Jasmine is definitely an asset to Manhattan mini storage.
