I just moved from Toms River New Jersey to Staten Island. In Toms River I had a few units at StorageMart which is the same company as Manhattan mini storage. I was so happy and impressed with the cleanliness and friendly customer service I wanted to stick with the same company in Staten Island. And here it is Manhattan mini storage. Again this place is awesome. It's very clean and customer service in the office is beyond awesome. I'm very happy with this place and I'm glad I found it. Also the prices are very reasonable compared to other places on Staten Island. But I highly recommend Manhattan mini storage on Staten Island.

John and Richard helped me move into a 10x10 for my collectibles. They showed me around the facility and opened a few units for me until I found the perfect one close to the elevator. I did notice these small black boxes around the floors. I asked about them and they kept things transparent about the pest issue and the resolution they have in place. I really appreciate that, as a business owner, transparency is key. I give them 5 stars because of the superb customer service and their honesty.
