Very pleased with the service at this location. I’ve worked with MMS in the past in NYC and it was not the same experience. Michael at the front desk was awesome. He was a big time help when it came to the insurance options.

Manhattan Mini Storage in Westhampton Beach is exactly that kind of place. The location is highly accessible, the size options are plentiful, and the pricing is genuinely competitive. But what truly sets this place apart are the people who work there. Knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, these are folks who actually want to be at work, and it shows. My experience was with Bidya, and I can't say enough good things about her. When my son and I pulled up with a 12-foot truck packed to the rafters, she was calm, efficient, and genuinely kind. She walked us through a couple of units my son had already scoped out, answered every question, and had us fully signed up and ready to load within 15 minutes flat. That's the kind of experience you remember. A few quick tips if you decide to sign up: 1. Pay with a credit card at signup, then set up autopay right away to avoid the card processing fee going forward. 2. Buy one of their round locks on site. It makes your life easier, trust me. 3. Your first month of insurance is free. After that, it's $30 a month. Do yourself a favor and call your own insurance company to check your coverage. If it's worth storing, it's worth protecting.
