What is Package Acceptance?
Don't have a doorman?
You do now. We'll gladly accept and secure parcel deliveries from UPS, FedEx, and DHL for our customers.
You can use the service as much as you'd like, and it's FREE!
How does it work?
Our team of Storage experts will sign for your delivery and secure your packages.
All you need to do is:
• Sign up for Package Acceptance at your location.
• Set up delivery to the location through UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
• Pick up your delivery within 48 hours. (We'll let you know when it has arrived.)
• Repeat!
And to make life even easier, our free Storage Taxi will pick you up and bring you to your location.
