Only new customers are eligible for a free move. From there, we take two factors into account: the size of your storage space and the amount of time you can commit to staying with us.

Eligibility for a discounted move is based on two factors: the size of your storage space, and how long you can commit to staying with us. Naturally, the bigger your room and the longer you can commit to stay, the more willing we are to pay for moving services on your behalf.

If you do qualify for a discounted move, here's the deal: we pay for the first 2.5 hours (inclusive of travel time), and you pay for anything after that by the half-hour.

Here's an example: for a 3-man crew (which is what we use for an average-sized move) picking up in Manhattan, we pay for 2 hours of moving and the mandatory .5 hour of travel time. That's a $345 value, and we pay for it. If your move is pretty small and the trip to storage is pretty short, then you will probably finish within 2.5 hours, meaning that the move would cost you nothing. If you do go over 2.5 hours, you would pay $69 for each additional half hour.
