Edison Properties Supports No Longer Empty, A New Nonprofit Displaying Art In Unused Retail Spaces
(New York, NY * May 5 2011) - Edison Properties is very proud to host About Face, an art exhibit created by No Longer Empty, a nonprofit that transforms empty storefronts into temporary public art exhibitions.
About Face will open to the public on Thursday, May 5th in the retail space at The Ludlow, Edison Properties' premiere residential building at 215 East Houston Street. "We're thrilled to be a donating space for this amazing art exhibit," said Stacy Stuart, VP of Marketing. "By seeing the potential to create art out of emptiness in unexpected places, No Longer Empty embodies the best of New York City."
About Face and the accompanying program is part of the New Museum's inaugural Festival of Ideas for a New City.
