You may print a statement of your payment history for the past 6 months as well as the next billing cycle in:
My Account >Rental Account Information
Click either of the links listed there:
"View Transactions That Will Appear on Your Next Statement"
"View Past Statement for This Room"

I created a username and password on your website, but it still says "There is no account associated with your information". How can I view my account?
You have created an account on our website. However, you must "link" your room account number to your email address on our website, in order to view your account information. To do this, choose My Account, then "Connect Your Accounts", which will require you to enter in your billing zip code, telephone number, and account number, exactly as they appear in the record provided to us. Once you have input the required fields it will take approximately 10 minutes for the website to reflect your account information. Afterwards you will be able to view and make updates and/or payments on your account.

I'm enrolled in EasyPay, but my credit card wasn't charged this month, why?
EasyPay drafts payments from our customers the first week of each month only. Therefore, if you enroll in EasyPay after the first of the month, you will be drafted the first week of the following month. If you already have an overdue balance, you should bring your account up to date by making a manual payment in:
My Account >Rental Account information
Current Account Balance ($50.00 i.e.) (make a payment)
Click on "make a payment" to enter in your manual payment amount.

Where do I go to update my EasyPay information on your website?
To make updates to your EasyPay you must create an account on our website with a username and password and your room must be linked to your email address. Then you may choose in My Account:
Rental Account Information
EasyPay Status: ENROLLED/NOT ENROLLED (edit/change status)
If you are updating an expiration date, you must re-enter your entire credit card number as well as the new expiration date to make your update.
It takes approximately one hour for the website to reflect your update.

My account is past due. However, your website will not let me make a payment, why?
If your account is seriously past due (more than 3 billing cycles delinquent) and/or you have received a Notice of Sale letter, your account information on our website will be "read only" and will not permit you to click on any of the payment options. You must contact the facility you are renting from directly by phone or in person to bring your account up to date.

How secure is the Manhattan Mini Storage on-line payment system?
